There are two situations ( positions) any decent actor wouldn't want to get photographed in - no matter what. The first one is getting caught getting a blow-job while driving down Sunset Boulevard. The second one - see picture above. We don't now WHAT David Caruso was thinking while posing like that - but it can't be anything intelligent.
