David Caruso - I’ll never understand why people intentionally turn themselves into laughingstocks. Do you think he even knows what a joke he’s become, or does he see this as all good because we’re paying attention to him?Caruso's character must be intentionally scripted as a bad parody of a pulp magazine detective. Otherwise, any competent director would have stopped him after the second time he did it.
I've always considered CSI: Miami the comedy branch of the brand. You just have to watch David Carusoand wait for his magical lines until you pee with laughter. David Caruso makes one feel all, err, icky inside. There's just something about him that seems indefinably.... smarmy.
